Chillin' Out is located midway between Seaside and Destin, Florida on scenic 30-A in South Walton County in a family-friendly community known as Old Florida Cottages.  Chillin' Out is ideally situated in Old Florida Cottages, with views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf from all three levels; including a rarity in the community, two back decks AND two front decks.  The top back deck is ideal for grilling out on the gas grill and outdoor dining. Beach access is via a 200 yard stroll down a quiet, secluded road.

Our cottage's first floor contains three bedrooms, one king in the Master, one queen, and two twin beds and two full bathrooms.  The King Master bedroom has it's own private porch/deck and the queen bedroom has a private deck with a double hammock to enjoy the Gulf Breezes while reading or relaxing.

The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and shower, oversized living room with a queen sofa bed and a game table, and a dining room - all with panoramic views of the Gulf.  And, the huge deck on the second floor provides for grilling and dining.

The third floor tower has a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico.  You'll be pleasantly surprised to find a wet bar, ice maker and refrigerator (so all your snacks and drinks are all at your fingertips).  The room is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach.  Or, it is often used as a fourth private bedroom that teenagers and younger children love (the room contains a queen sleeper sofa).  Parents like the room because kids can stay in the tower and do their own thing either playing video games or watching TV.

Once you leave via car, within 15 minutes drive you can find world-class fishing, boating, golfing and restaurants.  Additionally,  you can use the two cruiser bikes provided to explore the 18 miles of Hwy 30-A, the scenic road has a bike path along the entire length and PLENTY to explore and do.
